Macro coaching with nutritional guidance following a realistic, 80/20 or “flexible dieting” approach. No food groups or specific foods are eliminated unless deemed medically necessary.
Weight Class athletes/Peak Performance/Aesthetic Athletes- specialist dietary strategies are available to support your goals.
Updated weekly Macro assignments and workouts synced through your App- which allows for unlimited, direct communication with your Coach and your Rebel Community.
Weekly challenges with focus on the 6 pillars of health and habits to give you that extra push mentally and physically.
Metrics tracked and maintained within our Coaching app- to SHOW you the progress you’re making. We use standard metrics coupled with more intrinsic metrics to help you quantify your progress.
Coaches check-ins to make sure you’re on track, motivated, and seeing the results you desire!

What sets Rebel Nutrition & Fitness apart from every other program, is the constant support from your coach. We will do weekly accountability checks, reviewing and discussing your entire week, looking at your habits, routines, challenges & successes in a holistic way.
I am available throughout the week to answer questions, upload informative videos, create topic buzz in the Rebel Nutrition group, and give you that extra boost when you’re starting to slip.
