Macro Tracking: Think of Macros like your map. Its not an absolute necessity to get where you want to go- but it sure makes things faster and easier.

To see meaningful, lasting changes in your body composition, lifestyle and athletic performance- it’s vital to understand the needs of your body as you grow, age, change and try new things. For those interested in truly changing their body composition: (lose body fat, improve athletic performance, maintain muscle or gain muscle), tracking macros will be the best approach.

After filling out a detailed questionnaire about yourself, your coach will assign you a set of macro targets. You will check-in weekly. Your macro numbers will be adjusted by your coach as needed. 

Maintenance: Once you reach your goal we will work on the best approach for you to maintain your weight and body composition. One of my favorite things is helping you find “what’s next”! I love working with clients to find new hobbies, new ways to compete, and new sports to test their skills. It’s never ONLY about nutrition.

For athletes; maintenance may look like off-season nutrition- aiming to keep you within striking distance of your performance metrics without the rigidity!

12 week rebel HEALTH program

12 Week Rebel Health Program: Macro-based nutrition coaching, personalized to you- taking into consideration your goals, your current situation, your timeline and the support you will need to get there. We look at the whole person, integrating the 6 pillars of health to help you create awareness and improvements in the ways you eat, recover, move, connect, grow & create.

4 Workouts per week, tailored to your experience and equipment availability will be provided to help you move toward your goals and crush life.

We will work on building routines, overcoming challenges (like holidays and diet fatigue) and work toward building a life you freaking LOVE!
